    Launching soon!
Earlier there was marketing & sales alignment, and then collaboration started thanks to 2-way syncs. But now marketing & sales are behaving like each other. I think once AI becomes more capable beyond wordplay, marketing, sales, and support will be replaced by an engagement-first customer experience, a single window of interaction. Besides that, influencers will be there for some time, but they will become blogger of the future once businesses start creating their content-flix.

Influencer marketing is becoming big with time and it seems to be one of the most effective way as well.

@vaibhavdwivedi do you notice this for B2C only or B2B companies as well?

@realdesigntack definitly agree, using influencers as a form of marketing has proven to yield results, but it isn’t guaranteed. From my experience the influencer must be creative, reliable, and aligned with the brand they’re promoting. Even if there are other factors at play when working with influencers as a business, if you play your cards right, I’d say it’s worth the effort.

@azra_memisevic Of course. There are downsides with every form of marketing. But yeah, this is a good way to put it, Azra.

I recently saw a campaign where a company created a series of "unboxing" videos for their product, but instead of the typical sleek and professional unboxing experience, they had a hilariously clumsy person attempt to unbox it with disastrous results. From accidentally dropping the product to struggling with the packaging, each video ended with a quirky message like, "If you can survive our unboxing, you can handle anything!" It was a refreshing take on the typical unboxing trend, and the humor definitely caught my attention!
