What's new in ChatGPT-4 compared to GPT-3?

I think ChatGPT-4 may be able to handle more complex language tasks, such as summarization and translation, more effectively than GPT-3.

ChatGPT-4 may incorporate new technologies or approaches to language modeling, such as the use of reinforcement learning or unsupervised learning, that could enhance its capabilities and performance.

I found it more consistent. When giving additional prompts in a discussion, it takes into account the previous questions and requests, which wasn't always the case with GPT-3. Sometimes it seemed like we were just starting the conversation all over again.
