Spending too much on video content. I've seen B2B businesses spend 100K+ on beautiful, agency-crafted videos that will never achieve ROI. Better to build many videos with DIY tools, freelancers, AI, etc. and test them with your target audience.

I think the same applies here as for example for Instagram Reels, make sure you captivate the user in a few seconds. I think there is often a lack of creativity and the focus is too much on presenting the product instead of arousing curiosity.
