What questions have you found to be most helpful for customer or problem discovery?

I've recently been going through a customer discovery process at Trelent, and I'm keen to learn if any of you have any super effective questions that have worked for you in the past! Hopefully this thread can be a great source of shared community knowledge in customer discovery! Here are my top 3 so far: 1. What do you find yourself using Excel/Sheets for that is more cumbersome than usual? 2. What are you doing for the longest, most un-enjoyable part of your day? 3. What unaddressed technical (or non-technical) problems does your company regularly run into?
