Hey Hunters!
What project management tool do you use for managing your team's tasks and your personal tasks?
Does your team have trouble constantly keeping it up to date?

HiDock H1
Basically we use "Excel", just the online version from Lark (Lark = Notion + Slack + Calander)

I personally use @ganttprocom but also have a positive experience with Trello and Notion.
My current choice provides an online Gantt diagram where you can schedule activities, set dependencies, add milestones for your project tasks, and work with the flexible WBS hierarchies. It allows prioritizing tasks to make sure deadlines are met. Its integration options make it a powerful project management suite.
Warmup Inbox
ora.pm It allows combining several trello boards.
We've developed the Zenkit Suite (https://zenkit.com/en/) which consists of 6 apps. Projectmanagement, Knowledgemanagement, Teamcollaboration, To-do List, Forms and Messenger. They can be integrated into one another or used solely on their own.
Both Hypernotes and Zenforms hit #1 Product of the Day on Producthunt.

For project management our team is using

it helps the designers and developers to collect visual feedback, collaborate, and manage ideas(websites- graphics). it eases out your feedback process.
We're launching Ruttl tomorrow on product hunt !!

For managing daily tasks and team's task we're currently using:
Brutask- www.brutask.com
its very simple and easy to use tool for managing a team remotely. you can plan a week's work in advance. It has this really cool feature as 'spaces ' for virtual meetings.
@gauri_apte thanks for sharing. I have personally used ruttl and it is really well thought tool.
We use TMetric in connection with Jira. No troubles :)

@qudsia_ali Thanks for sharing! What do you use for documentation/wiki (if any)?
We've recently started using Clickup and it's really helped us streamline our work!

@geetanjalishrivastava Does your team have any trouble in adopting it as a pm tool? What did you use before?
@slowpokepeter Not at all - we moved to it very easily & everyone is happy with it. We were using Trello earlier.
ReSkript
@geetanjalishrivastava why did you decide to move?
@slowpokepeter We were looking for a better solution, since Trello wasn't really working for all of us.
We are a small team and we are using Asana for our tasks management and employees are more comfortable now since they need not to ask or tell each other about the tasks status @slowpokepeter

@bhav_singh Thanks for sharing! Did you use something before Asana?
forYou Mobile App
Trello
in past project used Asana and tried Basecamp
For my tasks, Notion is a huge help to me. It keeps all my notes & tasks in one place; it also syncs with any device; not to mention, it is shareable too!
For work, our company uses Slack & other Google Suite collaborative tools.
Our own - www.tira.so
We designed a productivity workspace - tira.so - where startups can communicate with the team, manage all the projects and tasks, and keep track of the schedule. All from one place. There’s no need to switch between apps.
We've also got a pretty cool drag & drop feature where you can drag a task to a chat and edit it directly in the chat.
We are working on launching Tira on Sep 15th.
