After years of trying the latest productivity tools to hit the market and trying to find the golden bullet for my workflow, I eventually found that staying with the basics and learning to use them efficiently and effectively was all I ever needed.
I usually use Reminders to create a list of stuff I need to word on.

I like a chrome extension called Focus Plant! Its a game that challenge you to focus and when you complete a pomodoro, you get some coins which you can use to create garden in the game. Its interesting!

This was me too, but I eventually moved to a remarkable from paper and sticky notes everywhere.. primarily because I wanted a way to quickly search and find my handwritten notes. Never going back..
I am using these tools to make my workdays more productive:
1. OpenMultipleURLs ( https://chromewebstore.google.co... ): This free Chrome browser extension can take a list of web pages in plain-text format and open them all in new tabs, saving me the trouble of opening each URL manually.
2. iBoysoft MagicMenu ( https://iboysoft.com/magic-menu/ ): Functioning as a practical Mac right-click booster, iBoysoft MagicMenu allows me to integrate new and enhanced functionalities directly into the right-click control panel. This includes features such as creating new files, copying/moving files, swiftly accessing items, and more.
3. Google Calendar: It helps me stay on top of my plans every day.
4. TickTick ( https://ticktick.com/ ): I also use this tool for project management, habits, and Pomodoro.
5. RescueTime ( https://www.rescuetime.com/ ): I once used the 14-day free trial version to track the time I spent on apps, websites, and documents. It provided me with reports so I could see where my time was going.

Notion for organizing everything, Asana for task and project management, and good old trusty Google Calendar to keep all my meetings and deadlines straight. And you can never go wrong with a solid note-taking app like Evernote to capture ideas and to-dos on the fly. The simpler the stack, the more productive the flow!
