To track and analyze my work efficiency, I rely on Clariti, an AI-powered productivity tool. It consolidates my emails, chats, documents, and calendars into contextual conversations, providing a comprehensive view of my work.

This one is a tricky one.
What do you mean with "Productivity" exactly? .. Same for "Efficiency"?
After consulting a bunch of IT companies that's the discovery. "Productivity" means something different for multiple audiences. :)
What are your main metrics and what units are you using?
(The question of the Tools can be solved after knowing this)
@nairi_baghdasaryan And what is 1 unit of "Work performed"? Like: 1 Document of 1 page a day? .. "Issue tickets"? " Story Points"? .. What would that one be? .... The following question would be: " How will you measure quality?"
