When I first started working in a structured environment, staying focused was a real challenge.
I loved the work I was doing, but distractions were everywhere—emails, meetings, and the constant flow of tasks pulling me in different directions. It felt like I was constantly fighting to regain my focus.
If I could give advice to myself, it would be:
– Prioritize tasks by their impact, not urgency.
– Take short breaks to reset your mind and avoid burnout.
By adopting these habits early on, I would have maintained a sharper focus and achieved more meaningful results in my work.
