Product life cycle management reflects those activities that product managers must address to maintain and grow a product after it has been launched into a market.
Managing innovation and evolution, optimizing life cycle events, achieving financial objectives, and harnessing disruption are key challenges that have transformed in recent years.
What strategy do you rely on to drive innovation and sustain growth throughout the product life cycle?

First of all not to use the word "innovation" in any of our materials. Only professionals use this word. We just do it! 24/7!
We don't have a product life cycle management strategy. We have loads of folks who have applied to volunteer to sort out this for us though.

@manojranaweera Thanks for sharing your opinion, Manoj. Very interesting approach. You think using the word "innovation" has a negative influence on product development, don't you?
@vera_mirzoyan No. It's just not a word used by tech startups. As all they do is "innovation". So no point in ever using the word. It's implied.
