What is your most converting CTA on a website?

For me, it seems that on our website the most converting CTAs are those that bring the value naturally, not just subscribing to the list, for example
- subscribe to get a weekly portion of some popular SaaS flow template OR
- leave an email to get some gated content (list of lead magnets for instance).
What are your CTAs that convert the best? 🤔

From the perspectives of the user, first, I'd say that the most converting CTA could be a clear one, so I understand what's going to happen if I click something or leave my data. Second, and I agree with you here, it should be valuable for me, how obvious it wouldn't sound.
However, there's another question raised: how to find and identify the ones who possess this need for the value you provide? But I guess this is a question for another discussion :)

@alexey_sytnikov That's a great question on how to find those who need our value. Probably we assume that at least some portion of those who enter the website will be those interested visitors. :)
Get Your ____ or Download Your ____ always worked well for us. I felt it was overplayed but there's research that backs it up. Seeing "Your" can make content feel more personalized compared to other CTAs out there. Never hurts to experiment with it either.

@lead_balloon I also feel that gated content works well, taking for example Hubspot gated content pages. They have maybe a thousand of those!
Agree on adding "Your" as a personalisation touch :)
