    First thing I check my PH. Then I convince myself that a gallon of coffee is a perfectly reasonable breakfast choice. Finally, I stumble into work and pretend to be a functioning human until noon.

    Today was different! I woke up on fire because I had my first launch here on Product Hunt! 🤩 I launched the Career Tracker which empowers managers to create their own practical career ladder, enabling them to track and monitor their team's progress effectively. I spent the whole day trying to make it grow. But still need to work harder.

    When you have a 3 year old baby girl, your routine is to get her wake up, eat breakfast, bring her to pre-school and then go to office and that is about 8am. First thing is take out the notebook and a pen, write 7-10 to do list, things that can really impact the North Star and the team efficiency. Then do a weekly main tasks on a Google doc that the entire team share and write down the execution items for the week. Join the Monday standup with the whole team, keep it short between 15-30 mins. Then begin to work on emails and the rest of work related to the items you plan for the week.
