Both Tilda.cc and Webflow. Tilda is quicker, Webflow is more flexible.
During last 10 years, I avoid WordPress because of its unstability.

My favorite CMS has got to be WordPress. I've been using it for a few years now, and it's just so user-friendly with its intuitive interface. Plus, they have a ton of awesome templates to choose from, making it easy to create a slick website without too much hassle. My favorite CMS is also WordPress because I can do whatever I want with it. You can create custom plugins and templates to do what you want. I use WordPress more like a framework than a CMS in some of my projects.

In couple of words: there is Tilda API, but I'm not sure about plugins (except one for WordPress).
