Well, it was researched that firms with a higher share of female workers tend to have lower productivity.... Using myself as an example I think is correct...

@judith_amarachi_ Because they basically lack the ability to set agenda for innovation and growth. They tend to feel unchallenged following normal routine.
Again, females don't feel so comfortable taking directives from their fellow female. Every female like to be heard, take charge within their space. They're not that good at being subordinate to another female. This tendency will lower productivity in work place as two captain can't be in a boat.
How do you feel about thes points, do they resonate with you?
