I'm building a tool that lets you collect and publish video testimonials. I'm done with boring, bland, emotionless text-testimonials and want every marketing page to get a 10x upgrade with videos. I'm looking for advice on getting first 10 customers for SaaS business. My target audience is SaaS businesses owners. How should I get my first 10 users? I look forward to learning from you.

If you create value, people will pay. If you don't, they won't. If you are not sure you are creating value, do freemium. If the churn rate is through the roof, you aren't providing your customers with value. Also, your niche is crowded with competitors; check their website, and copy their business model. If it works for them, it will probably work for you as well. You don't need to reinvent the wheel. @jas801 Agreed. I chose a niche with competitors because I wanted to work on an idea that has market. I've worked on super-niche products that never got traction.
