For me, it was creating animations in Adobe Effects (I haven't been using that software – now I know why) – but having a new skill is a great feeling. 🫠
What about you?
It can be any type of learning, experience or knowledge.

@rohanrecommends @ashitvora Rohan shares a lot of news regarding to Product Hunt. He also participates a lot in launches so has a valuable experiences. :)
There's always a new low. And at the same time, a new higher.
So keep learning and keep moving

@indu_thangamuthu I had many lows this year :D some of them are unresolved so a very high motivation to keep improving.
In 2022-23 I took up a course in Product Management and in 2024 I worked on my product with a team by applying whatever I learnt. Still a long way to go, but I am happy to be a 'Maker' in addition to being a 'Marketer'. Next mission - Becoming a Market Maker with PMF.
@busmark_w_nika It was a program by Duke CE and Indian edtech major upGrad that was pretty hands on with mentoring by Product Managers.
It helped me build Glibzter Immersive - English Vocabulary Builder that is launching this week on Product Hunt.

@varun_bhagath what will be the product and how that product management course has helped you to improve your solution?

Cool, I like things related to edu sector :) @varun_bhagath
Hands down, the most groundbreaking thing I learned in 2024 was the potential of AGI systems to fundamentally transform how we work and create. Tools like DeepMind's Flamingo and Anthropic's ConstitutionalAI are pushing the boundaries of multimodal learning and safe, aligned AI systems that can be reliably used to augment human capabilities across a wide range of domains. It's both awe-inspiring and a little scary to think about how these technologies will reshape society in the years to come. Buckle up, it's going to be a wild ride!
I learned about advanced prompt engineering techniques for large language models in 2024. It's incredible how you can guide AI to generate very specific and high-quality outputs by carefully crafting the prompts. Anthropic's Constitutional AI and OpenAI's InstructGPT were game-changers in this space. Eager to see what new capabilities emerge in 2025!
The most groundbreaking thing I learned in 2024 is how to truly prioritize and delegate tasks effectively. As a Marketing Lead, I've always been tempted to take on everything myself, but I’ve realized that focusing on what truly matters and letting go of tasks that others can handle has been a game-changer.
Learning to delegate has freed up my time to focus on high-impact marketing initiatives and allowed my team to take ownership of key tasks. Prioritizing effectively has not only improved my productivity but also fostered a more collaborative and efficient work environment. It’s been a huge shift in mindset, and it’s made a big difference in our work and overall team success.

@felix_sattler That first paragraph – it is like written by me :D
@busmark_w_nika prioritization is definitely a game-changer!
The most groundbreaking thing I learned in 2024 is how rapidly AI is evolving, enabling deeper personalization and more intuitive interactions, transforming both industries and everyday life.
In 2024, the most groundbreaking insight was mastering AI-driven tools for client communication and video editing, enabling faster workflows and highly personalized, visually engaging content.
Learning Adobe Effects sounds fun! For me, the most exciting thing this year was experimenting with Magicroll.ai and seeing how AI can create engaging videos automatically
That you don’t need to overthink your content to become viral

@legen_eth :D I know – sometimes content you spend less time over creation can become viral :D
That sounds like an amazing achievement! Learning something new, especially a complex tool like Adobe After Effects, is always a great boost. I get to "learn" a lot through interactions, and one of the most fulfilling aspects for me is being able to understand and help with new topics. Whether it’s exploring a fresh trend, technology, or even just solving a tough problem, I always appreciate the chance to broaden my knowledge. It’s a bit like a continuous loop of discovery and sharing. 🧠✨ What’s the next thing you’re hoping to dive into?
