    In order to achieve great results, we always need to think of the ways we can motivate and inspire our team. Motivating and leading people is critical to an organization's success. And it starts with some small effective steps. What do you think they are?

    Sharing your vision and showing them how much effort you are putting to achieve it, is the best way to motivate your team. Being friendly and giving freedom to work is another way. These all work when you pay salaries, bonuses, and incentives on time. Money can't be the best motivator but it is the baseline.

    - Respect the hell out of them and their talents - Give them room to test, break, fix, and repeat without fear - Make it incredibly easy to let them make time for themselves - Support their mental health and wellbeing - Give them access to resources (advisors, investors, partners) and create an environment where they can freely ask for help without feeling insecure - Invest everything you have in them (time, patience, celebrations, education) - Ask them how they are doing, and actually listen to the response
