    @dogu.gul not always, because imo negotiation skills are applied to very certain cases - like decisive meetings or conversation when your interest seems to be against someone else vision. And you as a negotiator need to find a way to solve this conflict of interest in your favor, without making your peer/partner/opponent feel as if they're losing. So it's not like day-to-day skill, but helps with contract negotiations, interviews, raises, promotions - or pushing your ideas on who to hire, where to direct the product, what new practices implement in the company etc.
