  • What is harder to develop: a product or a service?

    For me, as the owner of a marketing agency, it is more difficult to develop services. But it's a double-edged sword here, too

    An agency is more likely to be profitable earlier on if you have the skills and experience.. but its more of a pain working for someone compared to selling some thing like digital products in my opinion or focusing on content only. i like the lifestyle i can have just creating content and selling digital products.. (this is a take on digital products only)

    It's hard to say in such an abstract manner. It depends on the complexity of the product and service. It can vary. But when it comes to scalability, scaling a product is usually easier.

    Depends on the circumstances but in general I'd say 0 to 1 is harder building a product but scaling it will be easier than services

    In general, I'd say a product. Having something physical to deal with adds another layer or difficulty, just the logistics of getting it made and then into your customers hand...
