What is a good AI-powered illustration tool?

I am trying to put together a simple landing page for an app/product. I want to have some illustrations on the page to break it up visually. I can get a reference image that I like the style of (cartoony, sketch, colourful splashes) - but I want a tool that I can feed this reference tool to and it will create a banner or image for me. For example for the Features & Benefits section It would maybe generate an illustration (using the style from the reference image) a cartoon pointing to 3 points in the sky, or something like that. I'm not fussy what the output is but just curious what platform would let me do this. Cheers!
