We all know it, feedback is key to making sure your product remains relevant and useful to your users. I reach out on a weekly basis to new users, but feel like this could become more automated. What feedback loops have you set in place in your product(s)?

Net Promoter Score (NPS) has been effective for us. Asking users how likely they are to recommend the product gives an overall view of satisfaction. We then follow up with those giving low scores to understand their pain points.
