What does your work break look like?

At my company, we have a dedicated hour for indoor games, chit-chat and having time to yourself to energise for the second half of the day.

It's different from day to day. But one constant is that my work breaks are always screen free.

The options range from listening to music to reading a few pages of a book (paperback or Kindle), making myself a snack/ tea, brisk walking, stretching, journaling etc.
