What do you usually do on Sundays?

Take a break? Continue working the same amount? Work less?

I'd love to hear more!

For me personally, I work the same amount on Sundays because we're a 3 person startup that hasn't released our product yet. However, I'm mindful of taking breaks and avoiding "hustle culture", and that different things work for different people.

I go to Church every Sunday morning, have an amazing lunch, rest a while and would start preparing for the week later that evening

I think taking one day a week is essential to organize your mind and have a balanced life.
I try not to work myself, but sometimes I have to.

Church in the morning, and I try (really hard) to rest and clean my space for the upcoming week. I typically clean my workspace in the weekend, does not have to be a Sunday.
