The feedback loop and how frequently you are delivering features is a key to brand loyalty I guess. Besides that, integrations may keep your customers in your app.

I think it applies to bigger companies with some track record.
For fresh startups like most of the companies on PH, it's more about Product and Value that you provide to your customer. Customer isn't loyal to brands before they build some history together.
I think it's key from a very early stage. The product itself is key, but any rapport generated between the team and the user can help overcome any technical challenges in the beginning.
By creating brand loyalty, businesses can benefit from repeat customers who are more likely to make purchases and to recommend the brand to others. This can help to increase revenue and to establish a strong, positive reputation for the business.
