What do you prefer: ease your immigration or handle all the tasks on your own?

All people have very different opinions. That concern even the dealing with the difficult tasks, for example, handling immigration journey. What would you choose (or perhaps you have already chosen): to go through all the registration steps yourself or to sign a power of attorney and leave all the isuess to professionals?
