Farhan Aslam's approach of engaging in different activities to shift focus is effective. It's about finding what works for you personally. when things aren't going my way, i find stepping back helps. doing something completely different, like a walk, reading, or a hobby, can refresh my perspective. it’s about giving the mind a break from the stress. sometimes, talking to friends or just jotting down thoughts can clear the head too. it's all about finding those small things that can shift your mood and give you a new viewpoint.
