What do partnerships and collaborations mean to you?

Collaboration is essential, and can vary greatly from co-promotion without payment to one-sided partnership where only one party pays for a partnership. Ideally there is a story/article/press release about the promotion so that each company helps the other out and visibility is increased. When I think collaboration I think cooperation and assistance on social media, pr, building bridges beyond the transaction, and buy-in by employees at both companies.
