I love mentoring college students as I find their college experience is often a reality check, especially the ones gearing up to enter the job market for the very frst time. I have issues, though, of staying committed and consistent when the value is exclusively one-sided It's the reason I am launching a career exploration mentorship-based platform on Monday that incentivizes professionals to share career knowledge rather than expecting them to do so consistently out of the kindness of their heart
