The level of productivity one can achieve may differ depending on various factors such as the industry, the team dynamics, the nature of the work to be done and the goals to be achieved. Although it has its fair share of advantages, it is important to note that it may also bring about certain setbacks.

I've not tried it but my brother works at one of the ones that recently tested in the UK and says it's great. Productivity went way up and the employees felt much better. I'd love to try it out someday!

I believe it really depends on the person. To me, as long as the expected job is finished, it doesn't matter if you work 40 hours in the week or 20.
What do you think @hamza_afzal_butt ?
I'd love to try it! Have only heard good things.
