Curious to know what are your routines to maintain personal contact, flow, and effective work as a team when working remotely. Let’s see if we can share practical tips and make each other better

I’ll start - we use Notion for sharing thoughts with each other. So instead of getting on too many calls, or interrupting the flow with WhatsApp messages, we are writing on a Notion page and leaving comments there

My best practice - to have daily meetings every morning and to create "family" atmosphere on them - at first we discuss non-working news and ideas, and then we start to talk about work.
