    I'm building the best tool for a feedback loop ^_^. Spending 15 years in IT, a decade as an SWE, and the last 5 years as a manager, I understand how important feedback and communication are, and how often managers lack it. I and my co-founder @kostyabolsh will launch mgmate on PH soon.
