Yes, you need money. Let's get to it. Money will be a problem sooner rather than later unless you're extraordinarily fortunate and the cash flows in right away from sales or investment. And when they do, cash flow problems may affect a company hard, preventing it from making crucial advancements like launching new products, recruiting critical employees, or setting up new offices.

I'd say the biggest challenge is not to lose motivation and go forward :)

There are sooooo many depending where you're from, what's your background, what stage you're in.
Every startup has its own challenges the good Entrepreneur solves them every single day. And one of the best skills to have is persistence to overcome them all ๐

@ingrid_azeredo yes for sure, but I've had a few startups this far and I really need to emphasize this one thing.
Dating and Entrepreneur is extremely hard, and as positive as someone might be it's really hard to keep up with all the downs especially for non-entrepreneurs.
So the advice is to try to employ as many as possible positive people, to remove that burden of your private life. This is one of the hardest lessons I've learnt so far.
Your team members will care for you if you care for them, having such a team can help you distribute that burden among them without burning them all down with all that "negativity" ๐

Building a like-minded team who shares the same vision is the single largest trouble startups have.
It is best to hire through referral for the first few critical roles.
Having said that, every start-up has its own challenges.
