What I have noticed is, During our idea validation phase, we tend to figure 2 aspects
1. Target Audience
2. TAM
As we proceed further and doing deep down building the product, the target audience tends to sway a bit during our initial analysis. We have ensured we are true to our audience by understanding their every move by talking to them. What are the other ways you have identified to make sure you are market fit for your target audience?

There are many ways to find out what changes in your target audience may be needed for your product. One way is to study customer complaints or surveys. You can also look at what your competitors are doing to attract new customers, and study your own past sales performance to see where you may need to adjust. It's also important to consider changes in the market that could affect your product, such as the growth of e-commerce or the increasing popularity of subscription services.
