There are so many, you want to look for ones that balance your needs.
For personal time management, ones like Notion, Akiflow & Motion can organize your tasks and collect your ideas.
For running the business, project management software are typically a good option too - but normally apps like Taskade, and Upbase are more suitable for smaller teams, or even Notion too.

FlowFinitee
A lot of awesome tools have already been mentioned, but I think what's missing is a tool that balances our productivity and wellbeing, as it's easy for entrepreneurs to get swayed by the pursuit of their dreams and hustle culture that, very often, they end up with burnout. So I'd add to the list FlowFinitee app.
I would argue that, as an entrepreneur, you need a combination of Notion and Zapier.
Notion gives you:
- Projects, tasks, sprints
- Meeting minutes
- Playbook
- Knowledge base
You add an AI/automation tool like Zapier to the mix to automate like there's no tomorrow :)

As an entrepreneur, I've found Clariti to be an invaluable productivity tool. Its AI technology seamlessly combines emails, chats, files, and calendars into contextual conversations, eliminating the need to switch between multiple apps. This streamlined approach has significantly boosted my productivity and ability to stay organized.
