Personalize subject lines and paragraphs, test your message through email spam test tools and work based off that. Include an unsubscribe link.

Avoid using keywords like "free", "sale", or "bonus", so it doesn't look like spam to the providers. And it's better to send a text version rather than HTML with banners and all.

In my experience, do not use the emails which you have purchased from some provider. Most likely, email addresses are inactive/dormant which might increase the case of your email being marked as spam.

Here's a great article about this: https://nethunt.com/blog/how-to-... I have earlier used all these steps, and it really helped me.

Delete users that rarely open your emails. A low open rate can be seen by providers as spam

Warm up your emails and test

In Mailzy, our recently launched email marketing product (https://www.producthunt.com/post...), we test the spam score of every email with https://spamcheck.postmarkapp.com and don't allow any sending with a score above 2. Great tool but you have to test the fully generated email with all headers, so better to send the mail to yourself, ehtn copy a paste the source of the email in the postmark tool.

The best solution here is getting permission and only sending emails to those who have opted-in or subscribed to receive them... not 100% practical, though 😅

Never send emails to bounced email addresses. Keep your email list clean and up-to-date by regularly verifying it with an email checker or email verification tool. here si a useful video about email checker tools

Hey Chakshu, it's crucial to make sure your email outreach doesn't get marked as spam, and achieving that requires thinking differently. You need to focus on quality, simplicity, and authenticity in your communication. Utilize powerful tools such as Folderly, Postmark, and Sendinblue. These solutions allow you to stay ahead of the curve and ensure your emails reach their intended audience. However, remember that the real magic lies in the message itself. Craft emails that resonate with your recipients, and focus on offering value rather than just making a sale. Ultimately, your goal is to create a connection and inspire action.
