ClickUp is a pretty helpful project management tool when it comes to planning and managing projects. It allows you to create tasks, assign them to team members, set due dates, track progress, and more.
However, our team has recently moved to another multipurpose PM solution that allows working with projects of any complexity and from any industry. This is all about GanttPRO Gantt chart maker https://ganttpro.com/.

A few are very interesting in the market at the moment! is a good time to start 2023 more productively!
I use spreadsheets as a visual guide for my to-do-list and colour code everything.
Google Keep for spontaneous bouts of notes, links, images, URLs.
Calendar + Gmeet combo for scheduling virtual calls.

There are so many work productivity platforms in the market which help you track your work and increase work efficiency. But honestly, I think we lose that efficiency just by juggling between so many platforms and apps. I am currently on the hunt for a one-stop solution that fits my needs!
Some popular tools that are commonly used to help people stay productive and track their work and goals include:
Trello: A project management tool that allows users to create boards and cards to organize tasks and projects.
Asana: A task management tool that allows users to create tasks and projects, assign them to team members, and track progress.
Todoist: A task management tool that allows users to create to-do lists and organize tasks by project, date, and priority.
Evernote: A note-taking tool that allows users to create notes, organize them by notebooks, and access them from any device.
RescueTime: A time tracking tool that tracks the time spent on various apps and websites, allowing users to see where they're spending most of their time and make adjustments to increase productivity.
Google Calendar: A calendar tool that helps users schedule and organize their time, set reminders, and share their calendar with others.
Pomodoro Timer: A productivity tool based on the Pomodoro Technique, which helps users break their work into 25-minute intervals with 5-minute breaks in between.
Forest: A productivity tool that gamifies staying focused by encouraging users to plant a virtual tree while they work, which grows if they stay focused and dies if they get distracted.
JCards: A time tracking tool ( https://jcards.com.au/)that helps entrepreneurs to track their time spent on different projects, tasks and also generate detailed reports for billing and invoicing clients. It is also a user-friendly tool with an intuitive interface that allows users to easily log hours and access the app from any device.
