What are some tools that help you run your standups / retros?

Constantly on the search for ways to make group meetings / checkins effective and not such a drag. Talking icebreakers but also ways to facilitate more conversation and input from all the team members. There are a lot of fun widgets in Figjam that I'm going to try out but curious what other teams do.
