    We all had dreams and ambitions throughout our life, time has made these dreams evolve, dissipate or born. What is your outcome?

    I am proud: - Having conquered depression twice. - Learning to be vulnerable - Being able to integrate feminine and masculine energy fully - Being able to cultivate gratefulness - Being able to perceive my shadow and integrate those aspects that serve me. The outcomes: - I have never been more sensitive, feeling every part of my body and having increased intuition and sense experiences. - Learning the depths of meditation and introspection. - Being able to connect heart to heart besides mind to mind. - Because I understand how my behavior can be misinterpreted, I can cultivate compassion when I get triggered by other people. - Having meaningful relationships with family and friends. - Having the ability to go deep with strangers in a matter of seconds by asking questions that make them reflect on who they are and where they want to be.

    I'm only 2 years into adulthood, but some of the achievements I'm proud of are: - Having traveled solo in Europe for a month, all paid by myself, with hard work :) - Having done more than half of my degree in 2 years (I'm doing BSc + Masters, which usually takes at least 6 years, and it will take me 4 in total!) - Having discovered the power of networking! - This might seem a bit superficial, but my parents could not buy a computer for me. So using the family computer, I got my first job, and after some months, I could afford to buy my own! It was a very special moment for me and I felt powerful!

    @martina_hackbartt Honestly, it's already impressive for an adult. But at your age, it's really wow

    I've tried many different professions. Now I'm a programmer and I like it. Now I know how it was necessary to live when I was not an adult. But I'm not always sure that I'm doing everything right now. I have such a little dream: Here we would introduce such a subject as an independent week of life at school. Once a year. Away from family. So that the child is given the opportunity to independently allocate their resources and time. So that there are some duties that the child earns for himself food, buns, and so on. So that every year the child can choose a new profession for this week. After all, sometimes we have a dream to become, for example, an airplane pilot. But when we become them, we understand that something is wrong. And again we are in search. An annual change of professions would help to taste your dream. And if everything is OK, then focus all your efforts in this direction. In high school - necessarily a simulator of a normal family. Many children simply do not imagine normal family relationships - many did not have either a family or normal relationships. And such a simulator, with tasks, ways to resolve conflict situations and other useful things, would add awareness to the lives of future generations. And this will make their life happier, because they realize earlier what they really want. I want to see how the world is changing for the better already in my lifetime. I think a lot of people want that. But why is the preparation of the next generations pushed into the background? After all, it will take 10 - 20 years... And these generations will live and work together with us, treat our illnesses, teach our children and grandchildren at school. And a lot of other things. I got carried away. ;-) Thanks for the question! He brought up a lot of memories. Good luck and wish fulfillment to everyone!

    @divya14 It's great. You managed to do everything?

    Public speaking was my nightmare even till recent years. But now I confidently speak to large audiences.
    Fares
    @abid_unnisa It's a great evolution. Is there a particular element or event that helped you to have this confidence?
    Abid Unnisa
    @fares_aktouf I just went ahead and stood in front of people to talk. Failed badly! But thats what helped me get over it.
    Fares
    @abid_unnisa Bravo for your courage

    -Moving to Canada from Kazakhstan. -Learning sales, then landing a career in IT. -Starting a business (and quitting it with 0 debt haha )) -Seeing my favorite football team's match. -Attending a concert of my favorite music band. -Learning how to bake bread (achieved just a few days ago :)). Overall, becoming independent from parents and relatives, because all of my achievements above were accomplished on my own
    Fares
    @dan_yes Oh how I understand you. We have a pretty similar background: immigration, starting a business, sales and IT, baking bread (and mine is great.). The only things I haven't done yet in your list are: the soccer game, and the concert of one of my favorite music bands (the destiny children don't perform together anymore and freddie mercury is no longer of this world)
    Daniyar Yeskaliyev
    @fares_aktouf Sorry about your favorite artists, the concert that I wanted to attend was by band MUSE and they were stunning! But they are the younger band :) I wish I could see Freddy, but I think he already passed away when I was born, so that wasn't an option in my bucket list / wish list)
    Daniyar Yeskaliyev
    @fares_aktouf please share your recipe for bread. I loved what I baked, but I'd like to learn more new recipes :)))
