Rooting in for more suggestions, I've read Mastery by Robert Greene. This book truly justifies its title. It will take you in greater depth through examples of legends like Leonardo da Vinci, Mozart, Faraday, Benjamin Franklin etc. Author greatly explains every important detail how they have achieved mastery in their life and how we can follow their footsteps.

"The Minimalist Entrepreneur: How Great Founders Do More with Less" is a great read, painting a very compelling picture of sustainable entrepreneurship. I've picked it up after reading "Blitzscaling: The Lightning-Fast Path to Building Massively Valuable Companies", and it was a very interesting contrast. And it might be even more relevant in todays market, where a lot of hyper-growth companies are scaling down.
    Sofia Li
