Here are some popular productivity apps that you might find useful: GanttPRO (https://ganttpro.com/) - best online Gantt chart maker. Todoist (https://todoist.com/) - a task management app that lets you organize your to-do lists, set reminders, and prioritize tasks. Evernote (https://evernote.com/) - a note-taking app that allows you to capture and organize your ideas and notes. Google Drive - a cloud-based file storage and collaboration tool. Forest - a productivity app that uses gamification to help you stay focused and avoid distractions.

If I was apart of/running a large team I would use this app Motion that I've been hearing a lot about. For myself I just use notes for planning my day, and notion for tracking long term projects.
