Funnily enough I like taking a few hours to half a day over the weekend to build small-scale side-projects or prototypes.
It lets me work on things I enjoy or I've been curious about. Usually I will have one small goal or some framework/concept I want to play around.
And in the end I get the satisfaction from building a little thing I can show to friends and coworkers and get feedback over my ideas 😄

Sunday is a day for a country walk, followed by lunch and then relax and have a pampering spa at home afternoon! Face mask and pedicure! 👍❤️👍
@shirley_louise_daniels country walk is great!
Run, swim, sauna, keep up the good health for the stressful days ahead.

Talking to your close ones, have a beer with friends and work on side hustle

I recharge by spending time in nature and catching up with my loved ones :) Since we are preparing for launch of Klu on the 18th of April it is important to get some down time on weekends in order to be more productive during the work week.

Camping with families and friends could refresh me very well.
Funnily enough, switching contexts and doing work on something else like school work
Some of my personal favorites include going for a hike or bike ride with my favourite one, trying out a new recipe or cooking up a favorite dish, taking a yoga or exercise class, spending time with friends or family, reading a good book, or just taking some time to relax and catch up on sleep. Whatever you choose to do, make sure it's something that brings you joy and helps you unwind from the stresses of the week.
I keep my Saturdays for socializing with my friends and family and Sundays are to relax and unwind. I just watch shows, spend time with pets, go for a walk etc. It's a good balance imo
Doing something physically explosive and enjoyable. For me it's mostly football(soccer).

Trail running. Last weekend was the Tussock Traverse (New Zealand). At almost 3 hours there's plenty of time to free your mind.

Just spend some quality time with your loved ones.
Reading outdoors when the weather permits it, discord with friends while we game, and I like to try a new recipe when I can.
Great question!
Healthy things:
Catch up on sleep, get exercise (even if it's just a quick walk), work on projects, read, spend time with family and friends
Not healthy things:
Binge Netflix, stay up late, watch Youtube videos, play video games
I would like to say its only the healthy things that rejuvenate me.. but honestly its a mixture of both 😂
