You have so many options, from bodybuilding to crossfit, cycling or tennis. I started going to the gym and it works well for me to strengthen my body and make it better. I find good supplements on the amazon site, they prescribe a diet and training plan

Park a bit further away from the office, walk to get lunch instead of having it delivered, have walking meetings, introduce push up challenges with team members, go up and down stairs, etc.
