For me: I should have launched sooner rather than trying to perfect the product every time

I thought I needed to please everyone, but focusing on my core audience has been much more effective for growth.
This is a good one. I am a repeat founder with previous exits and have made plenty of mistakes along the way. In my opinion building a business is all about people, capital and product
My top three:
1) hiring too fast, take the time. Undoing the wrong hire takes 10x more effort and does more damage than moving slower to find the right people (attitude attitude attitude)
2) raise what you need to hit your next milestones, be clear on what this is and make sure the valuation is sensible
3) mistaking early adoption for genuine product market fit
