    In my opinion, ease of use and high quality customer services are two basic must haves for paid applications/ tools. What do you think? What influences you decision?

    Generally I'm willing to pay for an app if it provides me with a service that I can't find for free elsewhere, or if it's a higher quality version of a service that I can find for free.

    @alex_vidon_ai Yes, exactly. That's a good point. If it offers a higher quality or a similar service can't be found for free, I'm willing to pay.
