During the tech interviews, how often do you ask a new question that wasn't a part of your existing question set but is relevant to evaluate candidates?

I picked >5 but my template remains the same every time. Usually the follow up questions are the only things that vary

For me, the questions are not really pre-scripted, but based on the discussion and the candidate's relevant experience on the particular topic, the questions get's framed on the spot.

@amit_kumar93 Thanks, Amit! I am taking the liberty to mark your response as > 5 times in 10 interviews

It depends on the scope of the role. For Sr. dev talent I have a tendency to skew more towards questions that arise during the long form interview. For more Jr. level devs / data scientists / UI/UX hires I try to stick to the question bank as best I can.
