As GenZ is entering the workforce, we Millenials become the new old people. Do you know your emojis, or do you accidentally insult your younger colleagues? And if so, what's the new πŸ‘?

I definitely use this as "Okay, got it" πŸ₯²

Well well... As I am usually on Social Media, I have learned its meaning... But it was a long process to understand the sarcasm behind it and understand all the new meanings!

@mimih_arteaga does it also make you feel old?

@franziska_kroll So old that whenever I'm using emojis I think: Am I too old to use emojis? πŸ˜‚

The option I'd guess is not here, I think it's the universal OK emoji without seeming as cold as OK happens to sound

@franziska_kroll what's the general consensus? Maybe I'm out of the loop

@andrew_bagby I think for us Millenials it's option 1 and for GenZ people it's an ironic "good job" or option 2.

@andrew_bagby haha i would be with you, out fellow GenZers seem to disagree 🀣

It means I do not want to respond but I acknowledge what you said and will get the task done.

Love this. I'm intrigued as to what πŸ‘ means to GenZers. For me its "Got it" or "Well done mate" or "Agree"
