I think this question has to do with your goals for your launch.
if you want to put the work in before your launch and get maximum traction on your launch day go for Tuesday, statistically it's the busiest day on PH. However, if you want a better chance to "Win" product of the day go for Sunday as it is the slowest day on PH.

@ariabdul if your goal is max traction, then Wednesday or Thursday are the most active (but also the most competitive) days. I personally went for Monday as I didn't feel we'd win the hard competition :)
