Text Matching Database Website

I'm looking for a product that does text matching through a form.
For example
user types in fruit they have and fruit that they want
it saves that information on a database
that database is searched for matches and displays to the user relevant results
Anyone have any idea what I'm talking about or seen this built somewhere?
