Social Emotional Learning Implementation

My mind wandered towards the importance of Social and Emotional Learning and all the 'soft skills' that most recruiters search for while hiring. What I am certain of is that social-emotional skills need to be fostered and not taught. It makes me wonder what others really think of SEL programs. 1. Do they think it's worth implementing SEL in their organisations? 2. What do parents, educators, educationists and administrators really wish for in their SEL programs?
