  • Signature at the bottom of the email, does it matter?

Sending dozens of emails every day (especially cold emails), I believe it's essential to have a professional signature at the bottom, so my recipients understand who has sent them that message. Ideally, signatures should be standardized across the company and brand-compliant. To achieve this, we have developed the Newoldstamp solution. By the way, it's our launch day today: https://www.producthunt.com/posts/newoldstamp-2 Would be happy to hear your thoughts on this topic and thanks in advance for your support!

Signature at the bottom definitely matters and in my experience, most of the times I have to sign myself. So this is probably the best way to solve that issue.

Oh, man! We have been creating our signature with the help of a word file for years and we have never achieved consistency until we started looking for a solution like yours. Would be happy to share it with my team and congrats on the launch!

Your email signature makes your emails trustworthy by showing your recipients who they're corresponding with.

Email signature is definitely a great way to effectively use the space at the bottom of your emails and re-assure recipients they're communicating with an actual person. Totally love how easy it is to have signatures consistent using your solution! And, of course, congrats on the launch!
