Hi! Mine are TMetric for time tracking and time off management, Jira for project and task management, and Slack for communication.

On macOS, I found iBoysoft MagicMenu to be a huge time-saver. This productivity tool enhances the right-click menu, providing a flexible and reliable way to streamline tasks. What sets it apart from other apps is its ability to create custom right-click extensions, making actions more efficient. With just a right-click, I can easily create new files, move or copy files, quickly access directories, copy file paths, find and remove duplicates, archive files, uninstall applications, and more. It’s a smarter, faster way to handle everyday file management tasks. For free project management, I find ClickUp (available on Web, iOS, and Android) to be an excellent tool, especially for its customizable task views. Unlike most project management apps that offer limited task views, ClickUp stands out with 14 options, including Gantt charts and mind maps. It also features Chat (for conversations alongside tasks), Docs (for creating wikis and knowledge bases), and Embed (for adding apps or websites next to tasks). A few months ago, I started using Jitter to quickly create animated videos, and it’s been a fantastic tool. Jitter is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to create animations without a steep learning curve. It’s especially intuitive if you’re already familiar with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD, as its interface and workflow are quite similar. You can easily drag and drop elements, create motion between objects, and fine-tune animations with minimal effort.
